Basic Membership
This membership entitles your child plus one adult to access our playspace 365 days from the date of first use. If you visit twice a week, it would be like getting more than 50% off per visit.
Benefits:

Accompanying adults – up to 2 adults for free

Bring friends (good for 1 child & 1 adult) for 5 free open play visits during your membership year (5 free entry passes)

10 free toddler classes (please book 7 days in advance) – cannot be replaced with different services or credit

10% discount on your birthday party booked during year of active membership (discount on the package price, doesn’t apply to any add-ons like food/décor/entertainment/extra guests)

Yearly Memberships - Rules & Policies

When you become a Member you will have a Sawyer account that is accessible by you and by The Play Lab.

Digital membership Basic/Ultimate card has to be presented before checking in or making any order, booking or payment.

The credit on your Sawyer account issued for any confirmed reasons cannot be used for Birthday Parties.

Membership fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-negotiable. Any benefits included in the membership cannot be replaced with different options or replaced with credit or refund.

All children participating in a single yearly membership must be siblings and part of the same household.

The available credit can be used for play area, cafe and only few activities which will be decided by the center management.

General rules of The Play lab apply to all members.

Validity period cannot be modified once membership is purchased. This applies to any extensions or freeze option.

Re-issue of a replacement card will be charged at an extra cost.

Membership privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and deals.

The Play Lab reserves the right to change the Membership Terms and Conditions.
