RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and will work to ensure you are happy with your purchase!
We accept returns and exchanges on any items within 30 days of receiving your order. Full refund (minus shipping fee) will be issued if we receive a cancellation before an item was shipped and within 24 hours after placing an order. For all other returns, we issue store credit on returns, no refunds. We will issue a store credit as long as your product is in the original packaging and in saleable condition.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
It's easy to return or exchange any item. Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item.
Pack your item and include your original packing slip.

Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
We will process your store credit after receiving the item. Please allow up to 5 business days to process.
The Play Lab NY is not responsible for transit costs/return shipping costs for returned items. Please make sure the costs are covered before shipping. You can also return your item to the store (The Play Lab, 33 Nassau Ave, 11222 Brooklyn, NY).
If you don't have your packing slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.
Some items are final sale and do not qualify to be returned. Final sale status can be found on the website product listing page and includes clearance items as well.
The refund doesn’t include shipping charges.
No exchanges are possible at this time.
Refunds are processed in the form of store credit, minus the original shipping fee.

Holiday Shipping Notice
Global supply chain issues mean that we are experiencing some delays at the moment. So, if you've got your eye on something special, we recommend ordering early and highly encourage you to shop early this season to make sure everything arrives in plenty of time. We want to ensure that you are able to get everything that you need to make the holidays special!
We ship via UPS ground 3-10 business days option. You will be provided with a tracking number after your order is fulfilled.
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days for order processing.
We can only guarantee delivery on business days.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays for packages in-transit.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Some of our items are oversized and will take some additional love to get to you. We charge a flat rate shipping fee, ranging from $25-$50 for each oversized item on order.
